CryoGam Colorado began in 1988 as an in-house sperm bank in conjunction with the Gynecology Department of the Greeley Medical Clinic in Greeley, CO. CryoGam Colorado was incorporated in 1990. CryoGam has been in operation for over 29 years, serving patients state and nation wide. CryoGam is currently inspected and licensed by the New York State Department of Health, the State of California Department of Public Health, the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, the Oregon Health Authority, CLIA and the FDA.
